Here's a brief recap of what will be happening in the City of West Plains this week.
- Trent Courtney, right-of-way specialists, will be in the process of getting easements from property owners along Thornburgh for the Thornburgh Bridge replacement project. If you have questions please contact City Hall and ask to speak to Trent, 256-7170.
- Midland GIS Solutions are continuing work around the Meadow Vista Substation area.
- Frame work is completed for the pavilion at Don Warden Park and it's possible roof work could begin this week by Feller Construction. Three pads need to be poured for picnic tables and one pad will need to be poured for a bench that was donated by Ozark Independent Living.
- Site Work will begin this week for new playground equipment at Kelly, Lofton, Wayhaven, and Butler Park.
